Training programs offered by Urjja focus on internalizing the skills and
competencies required in various stages of an individual’s life cycle in an
organization. It combines the dual requirements of functional and leadership
skills and competencies, and all programs have these requirements woven in.
Our programs are categorized as “Awareness” programs and “Learning”
programs.
- The Awareness programs are aimed at orienting the participant to a particular skill, concept or tool
- The Learning programs create awareness as well as aid the participant to implement the skill on the job
